A contribuição da gestão do conhecimento para o desenvolvimento das indústrias

A gestão do conhecimento (GC) é um tema que vem ganhando espaço nas organizações, visto a sua relação com o aprimoramento dos processos da organização, pois trata da forma que a organização pode gerir o conhecimento das pessoas para otimizar suas atividades. Esta revisão bibliográfica buscou verificar os estudos desenvolvidos nas indústrias de diversos segmentos e países, que tratassem o tema de GC de forma aplicada na organização. Buscou também identificar a contribuição da GC para as indústrias por meio desses estudos, e se alguma empresa utilizou ferramentas de avaliação de GC para identificar seu grau de maturidade. Constatou-se que o tema foi abordado por diversos segmentos, onde a maior concentração de estudos se deu na Europa e Ásia. Dentre os objetivos propostos nos artigos, pode-se destacar a busca pela melhoria de algum processo interno na organização, ou pela compreensão acerca das questões comportamentais dos colaboradores, que tinham influência nas atividades da indústria. Dessa forma, pôde ser observado que os estudos contribuíram para maior entendimento e desenvolvimento da GC nas organizações, no entanto, não foram utilizados modelos para avaliação dos níveis de GC, mas sim instrumentos de coleta que pudessem responder uma questão pontual sobre o conhecimento nas organizações.
